holiday shipping of perishable items is complicated! we hope the information here helps, but please feel free to email us if you have questions.

*important note: once it leaves our production facility, it’s up to the weather and carrier duress. the carriers are going to be highly stressed and overloaded the week of christmas. neither the carriers nor rgb guarantees 12/24 arrival. we will do our best, and we will replace product that arrives so late it has spoiled. 

our deeply discounted $20/box flat rate applies to orders we receive in time for us to use 3-day express shipping; deadlines are specific to the recipient's state. please take note of these absolute deadlines, but we urge you consider shipping the week of 12/11 for arrival on 12/16, to avoid the holiday crunch; rachel’s ginger beer, kept refrigerated and unopened, has a 6-week shelf life.

delivery addresses in AK or HI:

• the deadline for $20/box flat rate is 8:00 AM (pacific time) on mon, 12/20. after 8 AM mon and before 8 AM tues, orders without ups 2-day air shipping will ship on 12/27
• the deadline for ups 2-day air service is 8:00 AM (pacific time) on tues, 12/21. after 8 AM tues and before 8 AM weds, orders without overnight shipping will ship on 12/27
• the deadline for ups overnight service is 8:00 AM (pacific time) on weds, 12/22
• all orders received after 8 AM weds will ship on 12/27

delivery addresses in CA, OR, ID, NV, UT, WA:

• the deadline for $20/box flat rate is 8:00 AM (pacific time) on weds, 12/21, however this service is risky. please consider 2-day air. after 8 AM weds and before 8 AM thurs, orders with $20/box flat rate service will ship on 12/27
• the deadline for ups 2-day air service is 8:00 AM (pacific time) on weds, 12/21; this service is more secure than our $20/box flat rate service (although still not guaranteed). after 8 AM weds and before 8 AM thurs, orders without overnight service will ship on 12/27
• the deadline for ups overnight service is 8:00 AM (pacific time) on thurs, 12/22
• all orders submitted after 8 AM thurs will ship on 12/27
