Porch Swing

    • 1.5oz gin
    • .5oz Aperol
    • 4-5oz rgb
    • 1 large wedge lime

El Diablo

    • 1.5oz reposado tequila
    • .5oz crème de cassis
    • 4-5oz rgb
    • 1 large wedge lime 

Moscow Mule

  • 6oz Rachel's Ginger Beer
  • 2oz vodka
  • ice
  • large wedge lime
  • mix all ingredients in a Collins glass, squeeze and drop lime

Dark and Stormy

  • 2oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
  • 6oz RGB
  • ice
  • large wedge lime
  • mix ice and rgb in Collins glass, top with dark rum, squeeze and drop lime

Blood Orange Hot Toddy

  • 10oz blood orange Rachel's Ginger Beer
  • 2 oz bourbon/whiskey
  • star anise for garnish
  • in tea kettle heat rgb, pour in mug, add whiskey, star anise

South Side Cocktail

  • 2 oz. Plymouth gin
  • 2 dashes Scrappy’s Aromatic Bitters
  • ½ tsp. simple syrup
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • 4 oz. Rachel’s Ginger Beer
  • In a pint glass, gently muddle the mint, bitters and simple syrup, just enough to release the mint’s fragrant oils. Add ice and gin, shake and strain into a fresh pint glass and top with RGB.

The Suffering Bastard

  • 1 ounce Buffalo Trace
  • 1 ounce Plymouth Gin
  • ½ ounce freshest lime juice
  • 2 dashes Scrappy’s Aromatic Bitters
  • 4 ounces Rachel’s Ginger Beer
  • In tumbler with ice, combine first four ingredients. Stir in RGB, and pour, unstrained, into Collins glass. Garnish with mint and an orange slice.

Pimms Cup

  • 2 ounces Pimm’s No. 1
  • 6oz RGB
  • Ice
  • 1 thin slice cucumber
  • 1 thin slice lemon, plus more for squeezing
  • 1 slice strawberry
  • A couple of mint leaves
  • Combine the Pimm’s and ginger beer in a Collins glass, or something similar. 
  • Add ice until the liquid comes almost to the rim of the glass. Add the cucumber, lemon, and strawberry, plus a small squeeze of lemon juice, if you like. Use a straw to bash the fruit around a little bit. Add the mint, and serve immediately.
